Juicy, fleshy, and rich in flavor, these famous olives are usually dark purple in color and ripen on the tree before harvest. They come from trees grown in a traditional way. Their color varies depending on their exposure to the sun but their taste remains fruity and unique. They ripen naturally and are harvested by hand.
