Extra virgin olive oil from Crete produced from olive fruits in a traditional way. The blessed Cretan soil, the climate, the traditional olive harvest, and the high standards in all stages of oiling give us an exquisite, balanced olive oil with a rich aroma, slightly peppery taste, and very low acidity. Produced with the strictest quality standards from the olive harvest to bottling.
An excellent olive oil is produced in the precious olive groves of Sitia in Crete. The products produced there are protected and have been designated as Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) products. The olive fruits are picked manually and transported to the oil mill where the olive oil is extracted on the same day with cold pressing.
